I hate surprises and will always be more receptive when information is presented logically. We've been using the DiSC profile for several years in our training sessions but have also implemented the Team Dimensions Profile. It gives additional perspective on the best roles a person could fill on a team. That one is right on as well. I tried to follow your link to the Worldwide Interfaith Association and it returned a page not found error.
