Q: Are upgrades free?

A: Yes.

Q: Are they automatic?

A: Yes.

Q: Is your software Web-based?

A: Yes.

Q: Is your software hosted remotely, or can churches choose to host on an in-house server?

A: The private social network (and complimentary website hosting services) are entirely web-based, providing gated access from any computer connected to the internet. All clients of OrgSync are hosted on the redundant Amazon secure server farm.

Q: Does your management software: Include accounting, payroll and bookkeeping features?

A: Some accounting features including: Invoicing; receive and track online donations; pay for events, conferences, and e-commerce purchases.  Full Paypal Integration. Staff & volunteer time clock. Exportable in csv or xml.

Q: Have a built-in content management system for churches to use to update/upload content to their Web sites?

A: Yes.And when hosted (complimentary) on the OrgSync Servers, administrators may publish content to website or to any/select/all members of the private social network

Q: Include resources for operating an Intranet or Web portal?

Q: How does your pricing structure work?

A: It’s based on the number of people in your regular worship attendance. No more than $0.42/per person (no less than $1000/year) paid monthly after via paypal or EFT/CC. NPOs fees are based on the number of “members” (staff, volunteers, supporters) or email list.  Annual contract required after “3 month adoption period”.
